Basescu is a funny semi-bald fellow, currently the president of Romania. He has a weird way of talking, a weird hairstyle, a way of making crappy jokes.
He likes to insult reporters, steal mobile phones and fight with the prime-minister, which is an asshole. He was also in charge of some sailors in the past, or as the world calls them, seamen, when he was a ship captain. He's mainly a nice guy, but you should vote for Piry, because Piry is nicer.
